On September 3, 2009, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware entered an order (the “Bar Date Order”) establishing November 13, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) (the “Bar Date”), as the last date and time for each person or entity (other than any governmental unit (as defined in 11 U.S.C. § 101(27))) to file a proof of claim.
